WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR PATTIES?
The minimum order (MOQ) is 6. You can mix the flavors eg. 2 beef, 1 vegetable, 1 mutton, 2 chicken. The total must be six(6).
***Be sure to leave a message in the 'special message box'. Eg. make my patties extra spicy or I prefer mild spice.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes. All our products are delivered. We use Yamato Transport to deliver to your home.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is based on your prefecture in Japan. Check Yamato Refrigerated/Frozen rates here https://www.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/ytc/en/search/payment/
On average in Kanto the standard 20x20x20 package is around ¥1000.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most prefecture take 1 day.
For Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa it will take 2 days.

WILL MY PATTIES SPOIL DURING SHIPPING?
No. They are delivered in refrigerated trucks to maintain freshness.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
It will take 2-3 days after payment.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
No. All orders are shipped. There will be a location in the near future.
